          新华社北京1月10日电（记者田晨旭）9日起，呼啸大风持续影响北京。10日早晨，北京市能见度明显转好，沙尘蓝色预警信号解除。据气象部门10日午间发布的信息：预计当天下午大风天气持续，仍有3级至4级偏北风，阵风7级至8级，山区局地9级以上。
在冷空气影响下，北京气温下降明显。10日白天，北京最高气温仅1摄氏度。11日虽然风力减弱，但仍有一定的风寒效应，最高气温仅为0摄氏度左右，体感寒冷，防寒保暖不可松懈。
气象部门介绍，12日起，北京气温将开始缓慢回升。12日白天最高气温回升至3摄氏度左右，但昼夜温差仍比较明显，最低气温为零下7摄氏度。13日至18日，北京天气以晴到多云为主，气温小幅波动，请关注临近预报，及时调整着装，做好防寒保暖措施。
